On 31st July, 2015, kick-off meetings for implementation SAP- ERP package at FLOVEL was organized.  SAP is the market leader in enterprise application software. The project name Harmony was chosen at the meeting. SAP implementation partners HTC Global Services were also present at the meeting. HTC is a leading global IT Solutions and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. HTC is a SEI CMM Level 5, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified company, delivering optimized solutions in a secure environment.

Following modules of SAP- ERP package are being implemented:

» Project Systems (PS)
» Project Planning & Control (PPC)
» Document Management System (DMS)
» Solid Edge Integration with SAP System

Complete implementation team on behalf of HTC, departmental power users from FLOVEL, Mr. S.D. Sharma Project manager on behalf of FLOVEL and FLOVEL Management were present during this occasion.
