Technical Details<\/span>:<\/span>\r\n<\/strong>Capacity: 2 x 25 MW\r\nType of water turbine: Vertical Francis\r\nHead: 88.35 M\r\nDischarge: 31 M3 <\/sup>\/ Sec\r\nRated Speed: 300 RPM<\/p>\r\nThe real challenge was to manufacture huge spiral casing in segments with flange connection. The spiral casing along with stay ring was assembled at our works; hydro test was conducted successfully prior to its dispatch. Both the units were erected and commissioned successfully in the year 2017.\u00a0 The commissioning of units also included testing of units in synchronous condenser mode which was conducted successfully.\r\n
