[vc_row el_class=”main-container-with-sidebar”][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”Ngoi Hut 2 Project \u2013 Model Test” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_single_image image=”9707″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Introduction\r\n<\/strong>This article aims to describe the model testing carried out at CKD Blansko Engineering (CBE) <\/strong>R&D facilities in Blansko, Checz Republic, for the NGOI HUT 2 Project in Vietnam.\r\n\r\nAbout the Project\r\n<\/strong>The NGOI HUT 2 HEP is owned and operated by Truong Thanh DECONIN JSC<\/strong>, Yen Bai province, Vietnam.\u00a0The Project started on June 2011. The supply is equipped with 2 units of 6 jet Vertical Pelton machines, running at synchronous speed of 428.6 rpm, operating under rated net head of 322.5 m. The rated turbine output is of 26.400 kW.\r\n\r\nModel Design and Manufacturing\r\n<\/strong>The model was designed and manufactured by CBE under the contract agreement signed with FLOVEL.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”9710″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”9713″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Model Test\r\n<\/strong>A homologous model acceptance test as per IEC 60193 was conducted to verify the hydraulic performance guarantees. The main hydraulic performance characteristics in regards of efficiency, power output and runaway speed have been preliminarily tested.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”9716″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”9719″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The final Customer attended the witnessed part of the model test performed on 20-23\/12\/2011.
