Kumamoto HPP – Kumamoto Prefecture of Japan, (1 x 185 KW)
It gives us immense pleasure to announce the commissioning of Kumamoto HPP in Kumamoto prefecture of Japan. This project was commissioned on June 15, 2022. This marked our second commissioned project into Japanese Market after Omokawa HPP.
The scope included Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Turbine (with forged runner) and Main Inlet Valve. As per the specific requirement of Japanese customer, we designed and incorporated an electrically actuated servomotor for operation of Guide Vanes & Main Inlet valve. It was exciting to meet stringent quality standards set by the Japanese customer.
Customer is extremely delighted with the performance of the machine and has applauded the execution efforts of the FLOVEL team. The smooth commissioning process and excellent operational parameters showcase FLOVEL’s robust and reliable Design, Manufacturing and Project Management capabilities.
