Mukerian HEP – Talwara, Punjab, (6 x 15 MW & 6 x 19.5 MW)

We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of our first renovation project with M/s. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL). The main objective of refurbishment is to improve reliability, modernize and improve efficiency of the equipment. We have successfully commissioned 12 Micro-processor based static excitation systems at Mukerian HEP.  All 12 units had to be attended to at the same time. In-spite of a challenging timeline, project was commissioned in remarkable 3-month time and is now running perfectly since September 2018.

The successful transfer of knowledge through the implementation of the latest technologies and extensive trainings due to the FLOVEL’s experienced team has made this project a remarkable achievement in hydropower industry.
