We proudly announce successful commissioning of Trung Xuan HPP (2 x 5,250 KW) situated in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Both units were commissioned and synchronized to the grid on 29^th September 2020.

It adds one more feather to FLOVEL’s success story as this is the first Vertical Kaplan Project commissioned by FLOVEL in Vietnam. It was a real challenge for us to carry out the erection & commissioning activities with very less manpower during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our site team did a commendable job by displaying excellent inter-disciplinary coordination and tireless efforts. Even the generators were assembled and erected without physical presence of WEG’s engineer. The smooth commissioning process and excellent operational parameters showcase FLOVEL’s robust and reliable Design & Manufacturing capabilities.

Customer is extremely happy with the performance of the machine and have applauded the execution efforts of FLOVEL team in front of distinguished and influential people at a grand inaugural function organized by them. This will go a long way in further strengthening our all-important Vietnam hydro power market.

Services included delivery of equipment up to CIF Hai Phong Port, Supervision of erection, testing & commissioning. FLOVEL’s overall project management and support during the entire Project life cycle was appreciated by our esteemed Customer.
