The real challenge was to manufacture huge spiral casing in segments with flange connection. The spiral casing along with stay ring was assembled at our works; hydro test was conducted successfully prior to its dispatch. Both the units were erected and commissioned successfully in the year 2017.  The commissioning of units also included testing of units in synchronous condenser mode which was conducted successfully.

Scope of work:
Design, Manufacturing, supply of Vertical Francis Turbine, Main Inlet Valve, Digital governing system, SCADA, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.
