Order for Tad Chiad HPP was received on March 20th 2016. Tad Chiad is second project for FLOVEL in Laos PDR with this project FLOVEL will have a total capacity of 25MW in the water rich Country of Laos. Out of the 25MW capacity 15MW stands comissioned.

The project parameters are as follows:
Type of Turbines: Horizontal Francis Turbine
Rated Head: 245.0 m
Installed Capacity: 2 x 5,000 KW

FLOVEL´s scope included Horizontal Francis Turbine, Ball Valves, generators, including supervision of erection, testing & commissioning.
