Motivational Program – New Year Bash 2020

Employee Engagement Team at FLOVEL organised Motivational Program on 01.01.2020 (New Year Bash 2020) encouraging the employees to work hard at achieving their goals. At the outset, the employees exchanged New Year Greetings, which created the positive environment all around. Thereafter, we conducted a series of events like Arm Wrestling (focusing on strength & strategy making), Mehandi Competition (focusing on innovation & creativity), Tie Tying Competition (focusing on precision & time management) and Photography Competition (focusing on passion & thoughts). The winners were awarded with certificates. This created a wave of interest, enthusiasm and positive emotions.

We at FLOVEL, understands that employees not only want good pay and benefits, they also want to be treated fairly, to make a substantial contribution to the organization through their work, and to be valued and appreciated for their efforts. Therefore, we rewarded & recognized the Star Performer of the Quarter by golden certificate and highlighted his phenomenal contribution. Lastly, we celebrated the birthdays of December Borns by providing them Thank You cards for their exemplary behavior and contribution for the company throughout followed by Cake Cutting, Snacks Distribution and DJ. Everyone  enjoyed the event and appreciated the efforts of Employee Engagement Team.
