FLOVEL Family is happy to announce commissioning of fully automatic state of the art, high accuracy, Toshiba Vertical Turning Lathe with combined turning and milling capability. This model TUE 200 S which is imported from Japan, is equipped with FANUC 31i TF controller with 15 Ton loading capacity and swing of 2,400 mm.

Unique feature of this machine allows us to do turning of the work piece when it is rotating and cutting tool is stationary. The same work piece can be put to rest in the same setup and machine can switch to milling mode where rotating cutting tool can be engaged for milling operations. All this happens in fully automatic mode using automatic tool changer.

This feature makes highly accurate work piece in a much lesser time as the need to take it to another machine is eliminated and all operations are performed on a single machine in a single setup.

This is first of its kind machine in the region. It will enhance our capacity and capability and will help us deliver customer delight.
