Tailor made Valves for Hydro Power Stations
Manufacturing of standard Valves for Thermal/Gas power stations, Nuclear power stations, Oil refineries etc. is being done by many manufacturers all over the world but manufacturing of tailor made Valves for hydro power stations is being done by a select group of manufacturers (~100) all over the world. Among these also there are only a few manufacturers who produce zero leakage Valves for Hydro turbines during shut off and FLOVEL is one of them.
A mist observed during hydro test is considered a non-conformance even though standard allows leakage to a large extent during shop testing. Be it as small as 300 NB or as big as 4,000 NB, be it of any PN rating, we deliver a constant quality. Not only rubber to steel, but steel to steel sealings is also leakage free at shop test.
We have manufactured Valves for our customers across multiple markets including Nepal, India and Vietnam. Our process is transparent and we regularly invite our customers to witness the Factory acceptance test and other processes involved.
