State of Art CNC turning centre at FLOVEL!

With the festival season beginning with Navaratri this year we are celebrating with commissioning of one more CNC horizontal turning machine at FLOVEL. The robust, very efficient and multi-operational DMG MORI eco turn 510 is here. Small components like guide vanes bushes, studs, bolts, guide vanes, levers, pins can be turned, drilled, tapped and milled at one place to reduce dependence on sub-contracting of small items. to bare minimum and to have a better control on quality, and to significantly reduce turnaround time. The DMG MORI SLIM line panel with Operate 4.5 on SIEMENS is the latest software and intuitive user guidance supporting the flow from the drawing to the finished workpiece. 3D machining simulation for easy verification of cutting geometry and collision free production.
