Every hydropower project has its own socio-economic reasons. But when the purpose of executing a hydro power plant bends more towards social responsibility we always feel privileged that we could be a partner to such a noble cause. Daram Khola HPP is a such kind of hydro power project which is developed by a group of residents of the same region keeping in mind the upliftment of that society. We are honored and are pleased to inform you that we are a part of this development by signing the Contract for Daram Khola HEP (2 x 4.80 MW) in Nepal.

The Project area lies within Galkot Municipality of Baglung District, Dhaulagiri Zone and Musikot Municipality of Gulmi District. Baglung District is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal. It has 59 Village Development Committees and one Municipality. Baglung is also known as the district of suspension bridges because of the large number of bridges. Like Nepal, Baglung is also diverse in religion, culture, ethnicity, altitude, temperature etc. Hinduism and Buddhism are the major religions. Baglung is also rich in herbal medicine plants.

FLOVEL’s scope is complete E&M Package including Horizontal Francis Turbines, Generators, Valves, Control, Automation & Protection System, complete electrical and mechanical balance of plant and transportation up to project site including full erection, testing & commissioning.
